To secure the date, I need a signed contract and non-refundable deposit that depends on the services rendered. As soon as I receive these 2 things, the date become official in my calendar!

You are free to share the photos, make albums, and hang them on your wall - but no, I own the copyright. Please don’t enter the photos into competitions or sell them without my express written consent

Yes I am covered by both general liability insurance (bodily injury) as well as professional liability insurance (erros and omissions insurance).

While this has never happened, if it was a flexible date we could reschedule with a discount on my part. For hard dates, I will be there at all costs or have a photographer with my style as replacement. Of course, if you found your replacement you would be entitled to a full refund!
